East West Bank Tennis: Safina vs Kudryavtseva
I went to the Home Depot Center today to watch the East West Bank Classic tennis tournament. The main night match was Dinara Safina vs Alla Kudryavtseva. Safina ended winning 7-6, 0-6, 7-6. She faced match point in the third set but came through with an ace to get out of the situation. Not very many people for this early round match. Maybe they’ll come out for the finals. It hurts a tennis tournament to be missing so many of their top ranked players because the Olympics are just around the corner.
