What Happened to Gas Prices
My favorite Shell gas station on Chapman and Euclid went up in price. The gas price last month seemingly was close to $.50/gallon less than this month. Yesterday, the price of gas was $3.34, $3.44, $3.54.
This is outrageous raping of the pocketbook of the common man. The only guys getting rich are the oil sellers and the corporations selling the gas. I’ll probably start riding my Ventana bike to work soon.
Mr. Dao,
if you read my previous comment, your shell station is over priced and will always be over priced. why are you complaining of the gas prices?? why is it that you always have to find something to complain about?? why can’t you just accept that fact that life always changes and you have to move with it?? please explain for me Mr. Dao!!
if you would have driven one block south of your “favorite shell gas station”, you would have noticed that the gas price at ARCO is $3.19 a gallon.
why are you always trying to put down the common man?? it’s is the duty of the common man to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone else. can’t you see that Mr. Dao??
the “oil sellers” are not the ones getting rich here. “oil sellers” are making about $.01 per gallon. that isn’t much profit, but they make it up in volume. it is the oil companies that are making money!!
who really reads this forum besides chriss and i?? no body ever writes comments besides the two of us.
as for riding your “Ventana bike”, it should be Ventana mountain bike!!!! get your facts straight!!! in addition, riding a bike requires you to sweat. sweating, under xavier’s guide to metroism, is manual labor. so, i do not forsee you riding a mountain bike to work.
thanks for reading my comment Mr. Dao and i look forward to reading your reply.
Sincerely,
maschronic
FYI. you need to learn how to ride a bike first before you ride it to work.
