I ran across the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation report on broadband service, access and adoption and found that South Korea leads.  It makes me wonder why South Koreans bother moving to the US when the have such great broadband Internet access back at home.  It’s surprising to that the US has dropped to 15th in the latest rankings.  I think this is what happens when you get lawsuit crazy.

You can view the 2008 ITIF broadband ranking at their website.  The full 2008 ITIF broadban access report is also there.
