An article on Boston.com pulled up an ad for Vladimir Radmanovic. Apparently somebody doesn’t update their ad copy. He doesn’t play for the Lakers anymore. He plays for the Charlotte Bobcats. He was traded away midseason. Get with it!

First, I’d like to say I love Western Digital products. They make great hard drives. I searched for them recently and got this ad on Google:
I clicked on the Western Digital ad, only to get to the Great Britain/UK site for Western Digital:
I’m not sure if they know, but I live in the US. Western Digital made a mistake in their Google Adwords account. I did another search and was sent to their US site. Bulk upload mistake anyone?

An earthquake, centered around the Lennox / Inglewood area, just shook Los Angeles. According to USGS, the LA earthquake measured about 5.0 magnitude on the Richter scale.
It was also nice for Google to get a data feed from USGS to immediately post to their search engine. I found additional information by search “los angeles earthquake” in Google. Now that’s a search engine that answers my questions and thoughts!
Yahoo Search only got information through their Yahoo News feed.
The same thing happened with Live Search / Microsoft. Live Search got their information through their news feed.
According to Google Maps, the area is in the Westside of LA. The epicenter is around LAX, Los Angeles International Airport.

Apparently El Pollo Loco isn’t going to take KFC’s free chicken offer lying down. They are doing their own counter promotion. El Pollo Loco is HONORING ALL KFC FREE CHICKEN COUPONS ON MOTHER’S DAY!!! KFC’s free chicken coupon isn’t good on Mother’s Day.

KFC was apparently overwhelmed with the free chicken offer response. WTF were they thinking? KFC is apparently not going to honor their free chicken coupon. Didn’t they even think of what the response rate was to FREE FOOD? In this economy, KFC did not anticipate and wasn’t going to sit down and accept it anymore. KFC is going to back out. Poor corporate marketing and planning.
