Time Warner Cable Internet Connection Problems
I recently switched my Internet service to Time Warner cable Internet. I noticed for the past few weeks that I have been getting a lot of “page not found” connection errors. I thought it was the websites that I go to having issues. Apparently it was Time Warner that had the problems. This was rather annoying that the company did not reach out and let their consumers know about the Internet problem. I eventually found that they reached out via Twitter (similar to Comcast) and left a long-winded reply about Time Warner cable Internet outage. I got to get credit for the outage, but the customer rep gave me the runaround of “that office is closed”. The rep also mentioned that I “won’t get credit until Time Warner solves their connection outage problem”. How long is that going to take?
