Why Don’t People Fix Their Broken Taillights?

I was in a vehicle behind a Nissan Altima on Knott the other day and noticed that the car had broken taillights on BOTH sides. I don’t understand why this driver didn’t bring their car to the nearby Walmart and have the bulbs replace.  The Walmart is only 5 minutes away.  And its only like $1 to replace both bulbs. And Walmart will also do it for you if you are incompetent. This is a hazard to other drivers on the road. I’m sure the driver has already been told, but they are too lazy to go to a Walmart to have the burned out bulbs replaced.

And for the record, I was not driving and taking pictures. That would be contributing to the problem of bad drivers.

Diddy Riese Cookies Westwood, California 90024

My comrade went to Diddy Reise Cookies today while I waited out in the car.  My neighbor gave mass props to it during UCLA days and wanted a sampling brought back.  If you are wondering, there is mostly parallel parking w/ meters all around.  Or you can park in those outrageous “public parking” areas that charge $2 for 10 minutes.  This area is Westwood, so they don’t have mercy on parking spaces or rates.  The store is very tidy with shelves of fresh cookies.

They normally sell 3 cookies for $1 or 12 cookies for $3.75.  I say buy in multiples of 12 cookies.  If you are gonna do it, do it right.   They have peanut butter, white chocolate chip, macademia nuts, etc.  You name it, they got it.  From the initial batch, I got positive reviews on the taste.  I’m still all about ice cream.  I’d rather eat 5 tubs of low fat ice cream at the maschronic store.  Maybe I should mix both together.  Thanks for the thought IzumiSh!

Cheap Gas Again at Shell Garden Grove

I gassed up at my favorite gas station today, the Shell on Chapman & Euclid in Garden Grove. I think gas prices have started to level off.  From my last visit, prices haven’t changed.  Last month is still much cheaper.  I wonder how those guys with gas guzzling Ford trucks are still able to drive.

Maschronic Contributes to the Debauchery of America

Maschronic is transporting Coors Light to his family’s business.  Maschronic is using his gas-guzzling Ford truck to transport the Coors Light.  The Coors Light is going to be resold and contribute to the debauchery of America.  Why?  He is contributing to alcoholism via continual dependence and addiction.  If he really cared about society, he would just serve water.  He could overcharge for it like he does the Coors Light and still make the same profits.

Gas is a Little Cheaper Today

I went to my favorite gas station today, the Shell on Chapman & Euclid in Garden Grove.  There was a little relief from gas prices last week.  I like how the owner of this Shell tries to push volume sales with lower gas prices.  The owner also tries to push additional profits through the car wash and coin-operated vacuum cleaner.  As long as the owner keeps gas prices at around the cheapest in Orange County, I am all good.
