Boys & Girls: Please Remember to Wash Your Hands After Using the Restroom

Often times when you go to the restroom, you see these fools not washing their hands after using the urinal or the F.U.S. (frequently used stall). Do these fools know what kind of crap they are spreading around? Washing your hands is a simple way of preventing the spread of bacteria, colds, and flu. The CDC also has a clean hands campaign on how and when to wash your hands. Not washing your hands can spread the coliform family of bacteria. If you guys are wondering what the hell that is, its basically crap/fecal matter. You know, the brown logs that come out of the anus. Just imagine every time you shake someone’s hand, you might be touching their urine or fecal matter. And if you happen to get lucky and accidentally ingest infected fecal matter, you are the chosen one to getting Hepatitis C. The bowl of M&M’s everyone is munching on could be a bowl of crap that everyone is touching and spreading. The pile of chips everyone is digging on could be laced with unwanted brownies. In spite of all of this, people still don’t wash their hands after the visit to the restroom. Please boys & girls, remember to wash your hands.

On a future post, I’ll touch on personal hygiene methods to prevent the spread of such germs.

Why It Took Over 10 Years To Make My Own Website?

I’ve watched everyone lap me many times over during the last decade. After a bit of nudging, I had to do my own. I started becoming aware of the Internet back when I started college in 1996. I saw all these websites sprouting, along with their valuations (Yahoo, Excite, Netscape, etc), and thought it’d be nice to do one of my own. Well after over 10 years, here’s my website. It wasn’t like I was some guy off the street that didn’t know the Internet. I’ve sold on eBay for the past 7 years. I started to do online & search marketing 8 years ago, back when goto.com was the only dump in town doing PPC. I worked at a dotcom dustbin 8 years ago.

After much lingering and prodding from everyone, including my cube neighbor, I’ve gotten over the hump. It’s also good to ponder WTF happened on why it took so long. First and foremost, time & laziness. I thought it was more productive to watch UFC than to sit and blog. I also thought it was good to run my POS business every year that netted me $1K. Second, I was a cheap ass. I didn’t want to pay for domain name & hosting and I didn’t want to use those freebie sites: geocities, angelfire, and now blogger). My last reason is, I didn’t think that I had anything relevant to say. But then again, most bloggers probably are that. From here on out, you’ll see my thoughts, opinions, and rants about daily life.
